Macau
Macau also has a very unique culture. It is kind of a fusion of Portuguese and Chinese cultures. It was a Portuguese colony for more than 400 years, and that of course has really influenced the food. I love going to Macau, and enjoying the food there.
Below is a famous restaurant, right next to the very famous Ruins of St. Paul’s. At this restaurant they serve pork burgers, which are delicious. This is truly a unique Macau food within Greater China.
