Chinese Restaurants In Singapore
Singapore, Singapore
The majority of Singaporeans are ethnically Chinese, so it is very easy to find Chinese-style food there.

On the issue of Chinese food in Korea, Malaysia, and Singapore, I think that the food in those places is quite similar to that which you would get in China. Certainly, it is more similar to Chinese food than Chinese restaurants in Europe might serve, in my opinion. Having lived in Singapore and Korea and eaten Chinese-style food in those places, I feel that the food in those countries tasted mostly authentic.
